Headnote:The petitioner filed a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution seeking a writ of mandamus to direct recomputation and payment of additional market value at 12% per annum under section 30(3) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, from the date of section 3A(1) notification (21.11.2005) till the award date (15.09.2025), amounting to Rs.2,45,92,420.93/-. The court noted the petitioner's request for withdrawal. The writ petition was disposed of with liberty to approach the arbitrator. No costs were imposed.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file an appropriate application before the Arbitrator.

2. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the respondent. Liberty is also granted to the petitioner to approach the arbitrator for the relief sought for in this writ petition. No costs.
