ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 24.06.2023.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner has given a representation dated 24.06.2023 to provide adequate compensation for the land acquired.

3. In reply, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 2 would submit that the petitioner’s representation dated 24.06.2023 will be disposed of by the 1st respondent within a period of twelve weeks.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents and also perused the materials available on record.

5. In view of the above, this Court directs the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 24.06.2023 on its own merits and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of
