ORDER
This writ petition has been filed, challenging the impugned order dated 22.01.2026 issued by the third respondent, rejecting the petitioner’s application seeking for issuance of patta in his name for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition on the ground that it is a non speaking order and on the ground that the impugned order has been passed in violation of the principles of natural justice.
2. As seen from the impugned order dated 22.01.2026, the third respondent has not given any reason for rejecting the petitioner’s application, seeking for issuance of patta in his name. The petitioner was also not afforded any opportunity of hearing by the third respondent prior to passing of the impugned order dated 22.01.2026.
3. Since the impugned order dated 22.01.2026 is a non-speaking order and is an order passed in violation of the principles of natural justice, necessarily, the impugned order dated 22.01.2026 has to be quashed and the matter has to be remanded back t
