ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to retain the petitioner’s old survey numbers, FMB Sketch and chitta for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, by cancelling the new patta issued in favour of one N.A.Anandhu, in respect of Survey No. 97/2, based on the petitioner’s representations dated 07.10.2025 and 13.10.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. According to the petitioner, erroneously, patta in respect of Survey No. 97/2 has been issued in favour of Mr. N.A.Anandhu. The petitioner claims that he is the absolute owner of the said property. The petitioner seeks to retain the old survey numbers, FMB sketch, and chitta for the petitioner’s property situated in Survey No. 97/1A and 97/1C, measuring a total extent of 41 cents at Jawalagiri Village, Denkanikotta, Krishnagiri District.
