ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to retain the petitioner’s old survey numbers, FMB Sketch and chitta for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, by cancelling the new patta issued in favour of one N.A.Anandhu, in respect of Survey No. 97/2, based on the petitioner’s representations dated 07.10.2025 and 13.10.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. According to the petitioner, erroneously, patta in respect of Survey No.
97/2 has been issued in favour of Mr. N.A.Anandhu. The petitioner claims that he is the absolute owner of the said property. The petitioner seeks to retain the old survey numbers, FMB sketch, and chitta for the petitioner’s property situated in Survey No. 97/1A and 97/1C, measuring a total extent of 41 cents at Jawalagiri Village, Denkanikotta, Krishnagiri District.
3. The petitioner had given representations to the respondents 2 and 3 on
07.10.2025 and 13.10.2025 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
4. Mr. D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
5. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents if the petitioner’s representations are considered on merits and in accordance with law after hearing the objections of all the necessary parties, including the said N.A.Anandhu within a time to be fixed by this Court.
6. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner’s representations.
7. For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner’s representations dated 07.10.2025 and 13.10.2025 seeking to retain the petitioner’s old survey numbers, FMB Sketch and chitta for the property situated in Survey No. 97/1A and 97/1C, measuring a total extent of 41 cents at Jawalagiri Village, Denkanikotta, Krishnagiri District, by cancelling the new patta issued in respect of Survey No. 97/2, after hearing the objections of all the necessary parties, including the said N.A.Anandhu, and after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No Costs.
