ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent to release the sale deed registered as Document No. 773 of 2024 on 29.02.2024 on the file of the 3rd respondent vide representation dated 16.08.2024.
2. When this matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner and respondents would submit that the prayer in this petition has become infructuous. Hence, they request to dismiss the present petition.
3. Therefore, by recording the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No cost.
