COMMON ORDER
Challenging the impugned common order passed in I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2024 in O.P.No.2871 of 2023 by the learned VII Additional Principal Family Court, Chennai, the Revision Petitioner husband preferred these Civil Revision Petitions.
2. Before the trial court, the Revision Petitioner filed an application seeking temporary custody of their children Jessica Linda and Jayden Antony from every Saturday starting 10.00 a.m. to Sunday 07.00 p.m. or any other day. and also to allow him to speak with the children every alternate day between 04.00 .m. to 04.30.p.m. The said application was objected by the respondent wife and on hearing both sides, the trial judge has partly allowed the application by permitting the petitioner to visit their minor children twice a month (.i.e.) on the first and third Saturday of every month from 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon at the Child Care Centre attached to the Family Court, Chennai an
