COMMON ORDER
These Writ Petitions have been filed to direct the respondents 1 to
3 to register the pending documents bearing Doc.Nos.263 and 262 of
2021, both dated 20.11.2021 on the file of the 3rd respondent.
2. Mr.U.Baranidharan, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. Since no adverse order is passed against the respondents 4 and 5 in these writ petitions, notice to the respondents 4 and 5 is dispensed with by this Court.
3. The petitioners categorically state that there is no legal impediment for the 3rd respondent to register the aforesaid pending documents, namely Doc.Nos.263 and 262 of 2021, both dated 20.11.2021. According to the petitioners, despite the same, till date, the aforesaid two documents have not been registered by the 3rd respondent.
