The Writ Petition has been instituted challenging the final notice issued under Section 6 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader based on written instructions would submit that the encroachment has already been removed voluntarily by the petitioner himself and the property has already been allotted for construction of Court complex at Shoolagiri.

3. In view of the fact that the encroachments are already been removed voluntarily by the petitioner, no further adjudication is required. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
