Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to produce the body of Petitioner's Minor grandson namely G.N.Nalan 25.03.2023, aged 2 years Son of Giriraj, before this Court and handover to the petitioner.

The petitioner is the paternal grandmother of the minor child. The petitioner's son got married to the daughter of the third respondent on 28.01.2021 and from the said Wedlock master N was born on 25.03.2023. Unfortunately, the petitioner's daughter-in-law (daughter of the third Respondent) passed away. Subsequently, the petitioner's son also passed away. The petitioner's grievance is that the third respondent is not allowed to see her grandchild and that led to the filing of the Habeas Corpus Petition.

2. On 21.05.2025, we directed the second respondent to cause the production of the child before us and we also permitted the petitioner to have an interaction with the child.

3. The third respondent informed us that she has no objection for the petitioner to visit her premises and spend time with her grandchild.

4. Recording the fair stand of the third respondent, we dispose of this Habeas Corpus Petition.
