ORDER

When the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate for the 1st respondent would submits that, pursuant to the direction issued by this Court, the Tahsildar passed an order in proceedings e/f/vz;/rp2/4587/2024 dated 12.03.2026. A copy of the said order has also been handed over to the learned Counsel for the petitioner.

2. Since the direction issued in the writ petition has been complied with and the 1st respondent passed an order considering the application of the petitioner, the contempt petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the Tahsildar, he can challenge the same in the manner known to law.
