ORDER

The contempt petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience by the respondents in not complying with the orders of this Court dated 09.01.2025 in W.P.No.351 of 2025.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the orders of this Court has been complied with and that based on the representations submitted by the petitioner the matter has been referred to the Assistant Judge, City Civil and Sessions Court, Chennai and the same was taken on file in LAOP.No.3448 of 2026.

3. Recording the above, the contempt petition is closed.
