The present writ appeal has been filed by the writ petitioner, as appellant, challenging the order passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P. (MD) No. 4209 of 2025 dated 11.09.2025, whereby the writ petition was disposed of.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the order of the learned Single Judge has been complied with vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1972/A1/2023 dated 18.02.2026.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the appellant also agreed to the said submission and has made an endorsement to that effect in the court bundle.
4.Recording the said submission, the Writ Appeal is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
