The present writ appeal has been filed by the respondents, as appellants, challenging the order passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P(MD)No.4209 of 2025 dated 11.09.2025, whereby the writ petition was disposed of.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the appellants submitted that the order of the learned Single Judge has been complied with vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1972/A1/2023 dated 18.02.2026.
3.Recording the said submission, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ appeal. Accordingly, the Writ Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
