ORDER
The writ petition is filed praying for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to pay interest @ 10% for the belated payment of Gratuity, Provident Fund, Leave Salary and Commutation amount to the petitioner. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondents in unison submitted that the issue raised in the present writ petition stands covered by the judgment of this Court in W.P.No.32130 of 2025 [K.B.Srinivasaragavan vs. The Managing Director, Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation (Villupuram) Ltd.] dated 28.08.2025, wherein this Court was pleased to issue the following order, the relevant portions of which is extracted hereunder:
