This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to consider and dispose the appeal filed by the petitioner's husband, namely Late.Rajendran as against the Order of Removal passed against him in D.P.No.02/2022/A1 dated 24.07.2023.
2.Mr.D.Sivaraman, learned Standing Counsel, accepts notice for the first and second respondents and Mr.S.P.Maharajan, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice for the third and seventh respondents.
3.By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
4.The contention of the petitioner is that the appeal filed by the petitioner's husband as against the order of his removal, has not been disposed by the second respondent.
5.Today, when the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel for the second respondent, on instructions, submitted that the appeal filed by the petitioner's husband is forwarded to the Disciplinary Committee and the same will be dispos
