This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 06.04.2023 and consequently to do the necessary rectifications in the revenue records in S.Nos. 168/11, 168/12, 168/16 and 168/17.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

3.The case of the petitioner is that the survey numbers of the petitioner property has been wrongly entered as S.Nos.168/11 and 168/12 instead of S.Nos.168/16 and 168/17 during the purchase of the subject land. However, the petitioner is cultivating and in possession of the subject land. Hence, he made a representation to correct the survey numbers in respect of the subject property. Since the same was not considered by the respondents this writ petition has been filed.
