2. This petition has been filed challenging the order of the respondent dated 14.10.2025 rejecting the petitioner's legal heir certificate.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that his father Solaiyan died on

30.07.2025, thereafter, the petitioner being the son of his father, he has made an application for issuance of legal heir certificate. However, the same was rejected vide impugned order on the ground that the petitioner has suppressed his
