The writ petition is filed for a Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.01.2026.
2. Upon hearing the learned Counsel for the petitioner and perusing the material records of the case, it can be seen that the representation is made by the petitioner to grant a new permit for the mini-bus, bearing Reg.No.TN-67-E-4488.
3. When the matter came up for hearing, by placing on record the written instructions received, the learned Government Advocate would argue by submitting that earlier, with reference to the very same vehicle and the very same route, an application and a revised application were made by the petitioner’s husband. When those were under consideration and survey, etc., now a revised application is received in the name of the petitioner. The same is also under consideration and orders will be passed in accordance with law.
4. Recording the said submissions made, the first respondent is directed to pass orders in the manner known to law within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of the web copy of the order, without waiting for the certified copy of the order.
5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
