ORDER

This Court vide order dated 28.02.2025 allowed the W.P.No.29494 of

2014 with a direction to the respondents to notionally promote the petitioner to the post of “Administrative Officer” and to redo all terminal benefits, arrears of pay, if any, and the pension payable to the petitioner within a period of three(3)

months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the order has been complied by the respondent and he has also produced a G.O.(D)No.9 dated

12.02.2026. The learned counsel for the petitioner also confirms the same. 3. In view of the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents , this Contempt Petition is closed.
