ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that they are not in a position to sub divide the petitioner's property, since the suit is pending between the vendors and subsequent purchasers and that may be a reason for petitioner's non-appearance before this Court.

2. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.

No costs.
