PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in pursuant to the Impugned E-Auction Notification issued by the 3rd respondent in Letter No. 01/Va.Pi/Ko.82/2025-2026/ Dated. 04.03.2026 and quash the same and consequently, to direct the respondents to conduct the Fishery Rights Lease Auction based on the observation made in the order dated 21.06.2023 in W.P.Nos. 6819 of 2023 and batch cases and the same was conformed in the order dated 18.01.2024 made in W.A.No. 152 of 2024.

The petitioner challenges the e-Auction Notification issued by the third respondent.
2. Mr. Veera Kathiravan, learned Additional Advocate General, has placed on record the Retender Corrigendum, wherein it is stated that the Tender Notification in No.01/DB/C.822025-2026 dated 04.03.2026 has been withdrawn and that a fresh tender notification will be issued, providing a minimum period of fifteen (15) days for submission of bids.
3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed, preserving liberty to the respondents to issue a fresh tender notification in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
