O R D E R

The petitioner challenges the e-Auction Notification issued by the third respondent.

2. Mr. Veera Kathiravan, learned Additional Advocate General, has placed on record the Retender Corrigendum, wherein it is stated that the Tender Notification in No.01/DB/C.822025-2026 dated 04.03.2026 has been withdrawn and that a fresh tender notification will be issued, providing a minimum period of fifteen (15) days for submission of bids.

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed, preserving liberty to the respondents to issue a fresh tender notification in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
