PRAYER: Contempt Petition has been filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of the Courts Act, 1971, to punish/take action against the respondents who have violated the orders passed by this Hon'ble Court in Writ Petition No.35391/2023 dated 26.11.2024 with the clear intention of willful disobedience.

ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, it is informed by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents that the respondents had filed a writ appeal in W.A.No.561 of 2026 before this Court. This Court, by an order dated

26.02.2026, has passed the following order:

“3.We make it clear that in respect of the balance land of an extent of 850 sq.mtrs, which is lying vacant, the order of the learned Single Judge shall hold good and patta in respect of this land shall be issued as early as possible, preferably within ten weeks.

4.All these proceedings, shall be subject to the final outcome of the appeal.”

In the light of the above order, this contempt petition is closed. No costs.
