ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to return back the original certificates submitted by the petitioner, by considering her representation dated 17.09.2025 in line with the G.O.(Ms) No. 49, dated
28.02.2024 in Para 4(ii).
2. Heard the learned counsels appearing on either side. With the consent of both sides, the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing at the admission stage itself.
3. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner belongs to downtrodden community and had completed the Super Speciality Post Graduate Course during the period 2019-2022 in Tamil Nadu however, she did not get appointment and hence, as a resident of Andhra Pradesh, she left Tamil Nadu. Due to her health issues and family situation and also financial crisis, she was unable to serve as per G.O.Ms.410 dated 10.09.2018 and the said G.O. states that if the non service candidate is unable to serve the Government for the said period, original certificates shall be retained by the Government till the bond amount paid by the candidate. The petitioner got appointment as Assistant Professor at Government Medical College, Tirupati by giving undertaking at the time of appointment that she will produce her original certificates, for which she made a representation to the respondents to return her original certificates in pursuant to the modified bond condition of Rs.25 lakhs instead of Rs.50 lakhs in G.O.(Ms) No.49 dated 28.02.2024. However, no order was passed till date and hence, the present Writ Petition.

In view of the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 17.09.2025 and to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
