Prayer: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to supersede the committee of Tamil Nadu Yadhava Maha Sabha and appoint a special officer according to Section 34(A) of Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act to manage the affairs of the society and to conduct the election on the basis of the representation given by the petitioner on 6.12.2022.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to supersede the committee of Tamil Nadu Yadhava Maha Sabha and appoint a special officer according to Section 34(A) of Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act to manage the affairs of the society and to conduct the election on the basis of the representation given by the petitioner on 6.12.2022.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 06.12.2022 has already been considered and order was passed on 14.12.2022 and they are not in a position to trace out any mismanagement or any violation of Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act.

Hence, the prayer has become infructuous.

3. In view of the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. If at all the petitioner is aggrieved over the order dated 14.12.2022, he is at liberty to challenge the same in the manner know to the law. Since no order copy was served on the petitioner, the respondents are directed to serve the same. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
