Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the respondent, pertaining to order No 01/2025 dated 10.01.2025 in F.No. GEN / CB / ACTN / 620 / 2024-CBS, thereby ordering continuation of suspension of the License No.R-411/CHA of the petitioner firm, M/s Pavithra Impex, (PAN No. AASFP5574G) with immediate effect in terms of Regulation 16(2) of the Customs Broker Licensing Regulation, 2018 and to quash the same in so far as, the said impugned order had been passed without jurisdiction and authority of law and in utter violation to the principles of natural justice, and in gross violation to the fundament rights guaranteed to the petitioner herein under the constitution.

ORDER

The present writ petition is filed challenging the order of respondent dated 10.01.2025 in F.No.GEN/CB/ACTN/620/2024-CBS, thereby continuing the order of suspension of Customs Broker License No.R-411 / CHA of petitioner firm with immediate effect in terms of Regulation 16(2) of the Customs Broker Licensing Regulation, 2018 and to quash the same insofar as the said order had been passed without jurisdiction and authority of law and in violation of principles of natural justice.

Since the Writ Petition which challenges the order in original No.114288/2025 dated 14.08.2025, has been disposed of vide order dated 10.03.2026 in W.P.No.31832 of 2025, the challenge to the Show Cause Notice does not survive for consideration inasmuch as the order made under Regulation 17(7) of CBLR Act, has been set aside. Therefore, the order continuing suspension dated 10.01.2025 would no longer survive.

3. Hence, the Writ Petition stands closed. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
