The petitioner/accused, who is facing trial in S.T.C.No.2806 of 2024 for offence under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, had filed this petition seeking to set aside the impugned judgment in Criminal Revision Petition No.16 of 2025 dated 30.01.2026 passed by the learned
