ORDER

The petition has been filed to direct the respondents to pass orders for transfer and posting of the petitioner in the vacancy arising at Royapuram Range, Chennai District on preferential basis in accordance with the proceedings of 2nd respondent issued in Na.Ka. no 20688 / 11/ 2022 dated 30.09.2022 in consideration of representation submitted by the petitioner dated

21.02.2026.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents on oral instructions submitted that the vacancy will arise at Adyar, Chennai and that the petitioner will be transferred to the said post. The counsel for the petitioner on instructions is agreeable to the same.

Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
