The petitioner sought to punish the respondent for the deliberate failure to comply with the directions issued in a previous writ petition. The primary issue was whether the respondent had complied with the court's order. Upon submission by the learned counsel for both parties that the order had been complied with, the court found no further cause for action. Recording the same, this Contempt Petition is closed.

Prayer :

Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to punish the contemnor / second respondent herein for the deliberate and wilful disobedience of the order dated 10.07.2024 passed by this Court in WP.(MD)No.15312 of 2024.

The petitioner has approached this Court that the order of this Court in WP.(MD)No.15312 of 2024 dated 10.07.2024, has not been complied with.

Today, the learned counsel on either side inform the Court that the order passed by this Court has been complied with.
