ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to issue amended wound certificate to the petitioner based on the petitioner's representations dated 17.07.2025 and 19.09.2025 within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

2. Mr.A.Oliraja, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondent. By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner applied for an amended wound certificate by enclosing the medical case sheet and other necessary documents before the respondent in order to challenge the false case registered against him. However, there was no reply from the respondent. Hence, the petitioner made representations to the respondent on 17.07.2025 and 19.09.2025. However, the said representations have not been considered till date. Hence, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that the representations of the petitioner dated 17.07.2025 and 19.09.2025 would be considered in accordance with law.

5. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 17.07.2025 and 19.09.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
