ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to register the release deed executed by the petitioners in favour of respondents 3 to 6 with regard to the property comprised in S.No.111/4, T.S. No.1/4 admeasuring 13.832 cents, S.No.111/7, T.S.No.1/7 admeasuring 25.194 cents and S.No.111/8, T.S.No.1/8 admeasuring 86.45 cents totally 1.25 1/2 acres, of ward C, Block 25, Aruppukottai Village, Virudhunagar District.

2. Mr.V.Om Prakash, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. Since no adverse orders are going to be passed as against the respondents 3 to 6, notice to them is dispensed with.

3. By consent on either sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that when the released deed executed by the petitioners in favour of the respondents 3 to 6 was presented before the second respondent, the second respondent informed that the said deed cannot be registered as the petitioners and the respondents 3 to 6 are not blood relatives. Hence, the Writ Petition.

5. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that in the event if release deed is presented and if it is a family settlement among the members of joint family, certainly, the petitioners' request will considered and orders will be passed.

6. Such being the case, the petitioner is directed to present the release deed before the second respondent and on such presentation, the second respondent is directed to consider the same in accordance with law.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
