ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to renew and process the Aadhaar Card of the petitioner's daughter J.Janani (DOB

14.02.2013) based on the petitioner's representation dated 07.11.2025. 2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's daughter already has Aadhaar Card and subsequently, the petitioner applied for renewal / updation of the same. However, renewal has not been processed till date. The petitioner made a representation on 07.11.2025 to renew and process the Aadhaar Card of his daughter.

However, the same was also not considered. Hence, the Writ Petition. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner is supposed to visit the Aadhaar Centre at Madurai for the purpose of Biometric updation.

4. In reply, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner and his daughter are ready to go and update the Biometrics of the petitioner's daughter.

5. In such case, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the Aadhaar Card of the petitioner's daughter will be renewed and fresh Aadhaar Card will be issued.

6. Under such circumstances, this Court directs the petitioner to approach the Aadhaar Centre at Madurai / third respondent for the purpose of Biometrics updation. Once, Biometrics updation is carried out, the respondents are directed to issue fresh Aadhaar Card within a period of four weeks thereon.

7. The respondents are directed to provide appointment to the petitioner and his daughter on 28.03.2026 for the purpose of Biometric updation.

8. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
