ORDER

The petitioner got selected by the Teachers Recruitment Board and she was appointed as a Secondary Grade Teacher in a Panchayat School on 20.08.2009. Earlier, she had worked as a Secondary Grade Teacher at aided minority schools. Therefore, she has submitted a representation to the respondents seeking to revise her pay scale based on the last drawn salary from the aided minority schools as per G.O.Ms.No.367, Department of Education, Science and Technology dated 30.03.1984 and Fundamental Rule 22B.

2. When this matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel on either side pointed out that there are two conflicting Judgments of the Division Bench of this Court regarding the eligibility of the claim made by the petitioner. Therefore, the matter has now been referred to the Hon'ble Full Bench in W.P.(MD)Nos.17077 of 2020, etc (batch).

3. In view of the same, this writ petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout her remedy, based on the decision of the Hon'ble Full Bench. No costs.
