2.The petitioners, questioning the jurisdiction of the Court below, have filed the present Civil Revision Petition, seeking to strike off the plaint in O.S.No.255 of 2025 mainly on the ground that the matter has already been settled between the parties before Lok Adalat on 09.01.2023 and a plain reading of the plaint does not disclose any cause of action.
