ORDER
The present petition has been filed by the accused person in C.C.No.292 of 2025 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Sengottai, Tenkasi District, seeking to quash the charge sheet wherein the petitioners charged with the offences under Sections 147, 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(2) of IPC Act, 1860 of I.P.C (Corresponding offence U/s. 191(2), 296, 115(2), 118(1) and 351(3) of BNS).
2.Pending trial, the parties have entered into a compromise wherein the defacto complainant has agreed for quashing of the charge sheet. Today, the defacto complainant is present and he acknowledges the fact that he had agreed for quashing of the charge sheet.
3.Considering the above said facts, the charge sheet in C.C.No.292 of
2025 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Sengottai, Tenkasi District, stands quashed. This Criminal Original Petition stands allowed. The memorandum of compromise shall form part of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
