ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. He has also submitted a letter dated 30.03.2026, to the Registrar (Judicial), Madras High Court Madurai Bench, seeking withdrawal of the writ petition based on the instruction from the petitioner.

2. Recording the same, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
