ORDER

The petitioners are before this Court seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to direct the third respondent to return the (1)original 12th Standard mark sheet, (2)Original UG Degree mark sheets, (3)original UG degree certificate, (4)Original PG provisional certificate, (5)Original PG mark sheets, (6)Original PG Degree Certificate, (7)Original 10th Standard certificate and all other original documents deposited by the respective petitioners at the time of admission to the PG courses. At the time of securing admission, the petitioners had executed bonds respectively agreeing to serve the Government of Tamilnadu for a period of not less than two years. The petitioners further states that though they are completed PG Course in October 2025, the respondents have not issued posting orders and therefore, they are entitled for return of all the original documents deposited by them.
