ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to dispose of the Revision Petition dated 13.03.2026 filed by the petitioner under section 13 of the Tamil Nadu Patta Pass Book Act 1983.
2. Mrs.S.Jeya Priya, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents.
3.By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission.
4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the revision petition is filed recently.
5. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's revision petition dated 13.03.2026 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the fourth respondent.
6. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
