ORDER

The petitioner, mother of the victim had filed, this petition seeking transfer of investigation in Crime No.5 of 2026 from the file of the fourth respondent to an officer not below the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the investigation has been completed, Charge sheet has been filed in Spl.SC.No.84 of 2026 before the Special Judge for POCSO cases, Coimbatore and the case is posted for trial on 07.04.2026

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing further survives in this matter. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed. No costs.
