The petitioner, who is the husband of the detenue has filed this habeas corpus petition stating that on 26.12.2025, the detenue went missing along with their minor child aged about 3 ½ years; that the detenue’s father lodged a complaint in Crime No.193 of 2025 dated 27.12.2025 and inspite of the same no action had been taken by the official respondent; and that he suspected that the detenue is in illegal custody of the 2nd respondent.
2. Today, the detenue was produced along with the minor child.
She stated that she voluntarily left the matrimonial home and is staying with the son of the 2nd respondent and is not in illegal detention.
3. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this habeas corpus petition and the same is closed. No costs.
