ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to respondents 1 to 3 to cancel the Sale Deed dated 15.07.2015, registered as document No.5494 of 2015, in accordance with the order passed by this Court in Crl RC No.1706 of 2024 dated 25.08.2015.
2. According to the petitioner, the petitioner seeks for cancellation of the aforesaid Sale Deed on the ground that it is a bogus document as held by this Court in its order dated 25.08.2025 passed in Crl RC No.1706 of 2024. The learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions submitted that the petitioner along with the 4th respondent, are now willing to present the cancellation deed before the Jurisdictional Sub Registrar to cancel the aforesaid Sale deed.
4. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the cancellation deed to be submitted by the petitioner and the 4th respondent. 5. Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents 4 and 5, notice to them is dispensed with.
