The present writ petition is filed for a Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to sanction and settle the petitioner’s personal benefits, like encashment of earned leave salary, totally comes to Rs.15,48,115/- with interest at the rate of 1% from 1-3-2023 based on petitioner’s representation dated 29-12-2025.

2. This Court, without expressing any opinion on merits, directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 29.12.2025 and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With this direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
