Headnote:Under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, the petitioner alleged wilful disobedience of the order dated 23.06.2025 in W.P.(MD)No.16863 of 2025. The Court noted submissions that the order has been fully complied with, supported by proceedings dated 02.04.2026 placed on record. The Court accepted compliance as established. The sole issue was whether the respondent disobeyed the prior order. Counsel confirmed compliance, with no dispute raised. The Court relied on the recorded submissions and documentary evidence of compliance. The Contempt Petition stands closed.

ORDER

When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel on either side submitted that the order dated 23.06.2025 made in W.P.(MD)No.16863 of 2025 has been complied with, and the proceedings dated 02.04.2026 has also been placed on record.

2. Recording the same, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
