ORDER

The petitioner/A1 in crime No.354 of 2025 had filed this petition to quash the FIR.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in this case, investigation completed and charge sheet filed on 02.04.2026. the prosecution case is that the victim was electrocuted due to the act of the petitioner and other accused.

In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Hence, the criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
