ORDER
The present petition has been filed by the defacto complainant in Crime No.139 of 2024 on the file of the second respondent police seeking a direction for expeditious filing of final report.
2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the second respondent submitted that the charge sheet was laid on 15.05.2024 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur and so far, the same has not been taken on file.
3. Considering the above said facts, there shall be a direction to the second respondent police to rectify all the defects and see that the trial Court takes the charge sheet on file within a period of two weeks.
4. With the above said observation, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
