O R D E R
The petitioner is before this Court seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to appoint him in an available vacancy in terms of the bond executed by him.
2. The petitioner, while pursuing his M.D.S. in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, executed a bond undertaking that, upon completion of the postgraduate degree, he would serve the State Government for a maximum period of two years, during which time his original certificates could be retained. The petitioner completed his postgraduate degree in December 2025 and thereafter submitted a representation dated 20.03.2026 requesting the respondents to provide employment in terms of the bond executed by him. The grievance of the petitioner is that, till date, no posting has been provided by the State Government, thereby preventing him from fulfilling the obligation undertaken in the bond.
