ORDER

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to extend the time granted by this Court in its order dated 17.12.2025 passed in C.R.P.No.6154 of 2025 by granting further time till July, 2026.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner needs six month time to vacate the premises.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent raised objection stating that the landlord is aged about 70 years till date she is not able to realise the fruits of the decree.

4. Considering the fact of the case, this Court is inclined to give further two months time to vacate the premises and to hand over the key to the respondent, failing which, the respondent is entitled to take appropriate steps to vacate the petitioner through execution proceedings. Accordingly this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
