ORDER

The prayer in this writ petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th respondent to consider the objection of the petitioner dated 03.03.2026 before granting to consent to operate the stone crusher unit for manufacturing blue metal jelly of various sizes, M- sand and P-sand in S.F.No.444 situated at Kakkavadi Village, Karur Taluk, Karur District.

2. Today, when the writ petition was taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader submitted that consent to operate the stone crusher unit has already been granted.

3. In view of the above submission, the relief has become academic and no direction can be issued. If at all the petitioner has any objections, it is open to him to challenge the licence itself.
