ORDER

The present petition has been filed by the accused person in Crime No.

197 of 2019 on the file of the second respondent police seeking a direction for expeditious filing of final report.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the second respondent submitted that the final report has already been filed on 02.04.2026 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Karur, and so far, it has not been taken on file.

3. Considering the above said facts, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to rectify all the defects and see that the final report is taken on file by the concerned trial Judge, within a period of two weeks.

4. With the above said observation, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
