2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the suit itself had already been dismissed. Hence, no further orders are required to be made in this Civil Revision Petition.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is closed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
