ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned refusal check slip dated 27.02.2026 issued by the respondent refusing to register the sale deed dated 27.02.2026 executed by one N.M.Arun in favour of the petitioner for registration on the ground that a civil suit is pending.
2. Mr.U.Baranidharan, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.
3. The petitioner has challenged the impugned refusal check slip on the ground that by total non-application of mind to the settled law, the impugned refusal check slip has been issued. According to the petitioner, there is no interim injunction or stay order granted by any competent court restraining the respondent from registering the said sale deed and therefore, there is no legal impediment for the respondent to register the sale deed executed by N.M.Arun in favour of the petitioner.
